Admission
Our program Barvinok 2 admits children ages 2.8 to 5 years. Enrollment is open year-round, depending on the availability of spots in appropriate age groups.
Before your child begins attending our child care center, the following are required:
- An updated medical form for the child, including current immunization records, signed and dated by the child’s pediatrician
- An individual orientation meeting at our center, during which both parties (our
director and parents together with the child) have the opportunity to get
acquainted and discuss important questions related to our policies and program,
attendance, tuition, and any other questions or concerns either side may have.
Brightwheel
Our center uses the Brightwheel app for internal communication with parents and for tuition payments.
Before your child begins attending, parents will receive an invitation to join Brightwheel. The app can be downloaded to a phone or accessed from a computer. Through the app, parents can follow the progress of the day at our childcare center through photos and videos, receive important updates through notes and announcements, and communicate directly with teachers and administration via messages. We also use Brightwheel to send monthly tuition invoices at the end of each month, and parents can make payments online.
